About the Project
The project focuses on building and maintaining a modern cloud-based Business Intelligence platform, centered around Qlik Cloud. The platform supports enterprise-level analytics and reporting workflows, with a strong focus on security, governance, scalability, and data accessibility.
The role includes ongoing administrative support for QlikView during the migration to Qlik Cloud and active participation in the migration program itself.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Qlik Cloud platform, including tenant configuration, space architecture, and overall platform health
  • Design and enforce access governance models, including user roles, group membership, and permission structures
  • Manage data access, connections, and credential lifecycle, ensuring secure and compliant data usage across environments
  • Oversee reload scheduling, orchestration, and dependency management to ensure stable and efficient data processing
  • Monitor platform performance, incidents, and capacity usage, proactively identifying and resolving issues
  • Govern and optimize automation workflows, ensuring efficient usage and adherence to platform policies
  • Track and optimize license consumption and platform capacity, providing recommendations for cost and usage efficiency
  • Provide ongoing administrative support for QlikView during migration to Qlik Cloud, actively contributing to a smooth transition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a technical point of contact for BI platform operations, governance, and improvements

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Qlik Cloud or Qlik Sense Enterprise administration, including tenant configuration, space management, and user access control
  • Strong understanding of access governance principles, including role-based access control (RBAC) and least-privilege models in enterprise environments
  • Experience managing BI platforms, including monitoring, performance optimisation, and troubleshooting operational issues
  • Experience with platform licensing, capacity planning, and cost optimisation in cloud or SaaS environments
  • Familiarity with identity and access management solutions, including SSO, SAML, or OIDC authentication mechanisms
  • Experience with job scheduling, orchestration, and dependency management within BI or data platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to incident management and root cause analysis
  • Experience working with ticketing systems or access request workflows, including user provisioning and support processes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, BI, Architecture) and communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong documentation skills, with the ability to maintain clear governance guidelines, procedures, and operational runbooks
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on platform reliability, security, and continuous improvement
