Senior Python Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Python Full Stack Engineer with strong front-end capabilities to help build a modern, user-friendly web interface for a data-driven product. You will work across the stack: primarily on the UI layer and single-page application, while also contributing to Python APIs and DevOps practices.

This role is best suited for an engineer who combines solid engineering discipline with a good eye for UI/UX and enjoys shaping user experience from early concepts through to implementation.

About our client

Our client is a global mining company with a world-class portfolio of products that are used by a billion consumers every day. • Design and build a high-quality single-page web application (SPA) using React (or a similar framework)
• Translate product ideas into usable interfaces; contribute to UI/UX decisions and front-end architecture
• Integrate the UI with backend services and APIs; collaborate closely with data/engineering stakeholders
• Contribute to backend development in Python (e.g., FastAPI) to support UI and integration needs
• Support DevOps and delivery activities: containerization, environment setup, deployment pipelines, and operational readiness
• Write maintainable, well-tested code; participate in code reviews and improve engineering standards

• Senior-level front-end development experience
• Strong experience across the Python ecosystem (FastAPI experience is a strong plus)
• Proven experience building SPAs and reusable UI components
• Solid DevOps background, preferably with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, CI/CD); other CI/CD tooling is also acceptable
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Ability to take ownership, communicate clearly, and lead technical discussions when needed
• Upper Intermediate English (or higher)

Nice to Have

• Understanding of typical ML-Ops and/or data science concepts/workflows
• Experience working in Azure cloud environments
• Strong UI/UX sensibility (layout, usability, design systems); ability to work with styling guidelines
• Experience building internal tools or configurable user interfaces
• Mining (or other processing industry) experience is a plus
• Spanish language skills are a plus
