Performance QA Engineer

Pwrteams invites an Performance QA Engineer for long-term and full-time employment at its service centre in Lviv.

• Act as a valued member of the team with personal ownership for delivering high‑quality software as efficiently as possible
• Identify, analyze, and clarify performance‑related requirements
• Design, develop, maintain, and execute performance test scenarios
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and provide clear, actionable reports
• Ensure transparent communication and maintain strong visibility of testing activities with key stakeholders

• 2+ years of professional experience in performance testing
• Hands-on experience with JMeter and performance test frameworks
• Experience with database performance testing, including query optimization, load analysis, and monitoring (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, or similar)
• Ability to work independently in a structured manner, proactively seeking clarifications and escalating issues when needed
• Experience working with JIRA and within Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Creativity, flexibility, and strong analytical thinking
