• You will provide high quality support of Pwrteams infrastructure, employees and customer requests
• Support Pwrteams servers and services
• Support Pwrteams users and workstations, resolve customer requests
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Higher education in computer science/technical field
• 3+ years of technical support experience in hardware/software area
• Knowledge in:
• Upper-intermediate level of written and spoken English
• Good communications skills
• Planning and ability to multitask effectively
