eCommerce Innovation Operations Specialist

Pwrteams is currently looking to hire a highly organized individual with a passion for digital innovation for the position of eCommerce Innovation Operations Specialist for a large multinational company in consumer electronics, joining our Digital Innovation team.

As a Global Digital Innovation Specialist, you will serve as the operational backbone for the Omnichannel Digital Experience & Innovation team, ensuring the seamless execution of projects and processes. You will collaborate closely with global and regional teams to support strategic eCommerce initiatives with precision, coordination, and attention to detail.

This role reports to the Global Digital Innovation Excellence Manager.

What you'll do:

Facilitate Global eCommerce Strategy Execution:

• Provide operational and logistical support in rolling out omnichannel experience strategies, including content tiering guidelines, while ensuring alignment with global standards
• Assist in gathering and organizing insights from research and testing initiatives with retailer and eTailer partners
• Maintain process documentation and ensure efficient communication across stakeholders to support the execution of high-priority strategies

Strengthen Local Market Implementation:

• Monitor and report on local execution progress in channels such as direct-to-consumer (DTX) and eTail
• Identify discrepancies or gaps in implementation and collaborate with regional teams to address them
• Support the sharing and application of local insights and success stories to promote consistency and excellence across markets

Enhance Team Operations:

• Oversee operational processes, including vendor management, budget monitoring, and reviewing deliverables
• Support the onboarding of new vendors and quarterly reviews to ensure alignment with team goals
• Support training initiatives by managing schedules, logistics, and resources to support team upskilling and capability building

What we are looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience in operations support within eCommerce, digital marketing, or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations or a related field
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a basic understanding of eCommerce metrics and operations
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to manage and monitor detailed processes and timelines effectively
• Experience supporting vendor relationships and operational frameworks
• Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities, with a results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills to support effective collaboration across global and regional teams

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in data analysis and the ability to turn different concepts and numbers into clear actionable insights (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Familiarity with user-generated content platforms or tools
