Overview

Pwrteams is is currently looking to hire an organized and result-driven eCommerce CRM Specialist to support the eCommerce business of a large multinational company in Consumer Electronics.

 

You will join a dynamic and diversely skilled group driving the Europe business. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading brand, to own projects, and to cooperate with senior stakeholders across eCommerce, Marketing, Platform and Analytics.

In this role, you will partner closely with regional category managers and global marketing teams to deliver CRM strategies with a focus on driving revenue and awareness of key commercial moments.

 

Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Enterprise (MCE) is essential to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

 

Revenue Planning & Campaign Development:

  • Partner with regional category managers to build the quarterly CRM calendar
  • Plan, execute and manage CRM campaigns end-to-end
  • Develop and manage audience segmentation strategies to maximize engagement & impact
  • Coordinate the localization process (ensure the local approval of CRM copy)

Tools & Platform Competency:

  • Execute campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Enterprise (MCE), managing workflows, approvals, and maintaining quality control 

Data Analysis and Testing:

  • Own and report key KPIs (campaign revenue, quarterly revenue, list growth)
  • Provide insights through CRM analytics, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Monitor email list performance (e.g., size, health) to optimize deliverability and audience reach
  • Drive A/B testing initiatives, applying results to improve email content & performance

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

 

Technical skills & experience:

  • Proven experience in email or lifecycle marketing, ideally within a large business environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Enterprise (MCE)
  • Basic familiarity with HTML for email editing and campaign deployment is a plus
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Digital or a related field

Soft skills

  • Commercial acumen and results-driven approach
  • Confident , autonomous & proactive self-starter with a hands-on attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Collaborative mindset
  • Organized and able to manage competing priorities
  • At ease in multicultural, multifunctional and matrix environments
  • Fluent in English. Other European languages are a strong advantage
