Video Editor & Graphic Designer

The Role:

You will join an extension team of our client – LANGWATER.

LANGWATER is a Swiss start-up in the beverage industry, offering a sustainable alternative to plastic bottles. The company’s mission is to provide bottle-less drinks, by transforming any tap water into pure, mineralized and healthy drinks. The LANGWATER innovative solution has been developed over the last 10+ years and consists of a water purification device used with mineral and flavor packs.

We are looking for a talented Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can create engaging videos and visuals that effectively communicate messages, enhance brand identity, and capture the attention of LANGWATER’s target audience.

Your main contribution will be to produce high-performing, top-converting advertising videos to help grow the eCommerce business in Europe, while also supporting graphic design needs — and more as LANGWATER grow. 

What You'll Do:

Video Advertising Creation

• Understand the narrative and objectives of the scripts and develop a storytelling approach through effective sequencing, editing, and After Effects techniques — using raw content from digital creators or other sources like UGC, expert interviews, product video etc.
• Edit and mix audio elements, including dialogue, music, and sound effects, to ensure high-quality sound in all video projects
• Localization Management (using AI tools and / or voice-over files)
• Collaborate with marketing team to produce final content 

Graphic Design

• Based on master visuals, create brand-consistent visuals for the LANGWATER website, campaigns, etc.
• Reformat and localize visuals for our different channels and markets
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Support additional projects depending on bandwidth and skills

Your mission is to captivate and convert audiences — with KPIs including increased clickthrough rates (CTR) and conversion rates, while maintaining LANGWATER’s visual identity. You will work closely with the eCommerce and marketing teams to align creative content with broader campaign goals.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven work experience as a video editor & graphic designer, with strong portfolio showing a variety of design and video work — creativity, technical skill, & visual range
• Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and design software (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
• Solid understanding of brand guidelines, design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and video editing techniques
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into compelling content
• Experience with eCommerce brands and knowledge of online ad best practices and also familiar with performance marketing KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CTR)
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance creation and workflow
• Adaptability and initiative — thriving in fast-paced, startup environments
• Languages: Fluent in English; other EU is a plus
