About the project

Our projects have touched more than half a billion people’s lives worldwide, and we are just getting started. 

We’re looking for a Project Manager who will play a key role in delivering high-impact digital signature solutions to enterprise customers across Europe. You’ll lead the end-to-end implementation of the product, ensuring seamless integration with clients’ existing systems and driving adoption through ongoing collaboration.

• Lead end-to-end project delivery – from capturing requirements and defining scope to managing delivery plans, resources, risks, and reporting.

• Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously, each at different stages of implementation or post-implementation.

• Drive agile project execution, including sprint planning, coordination of cross-functional teams (onshore and offshore), and ensuring delivery milestones.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, engaging with stakeholders across business, technical, and operational roles.

• Act as the customer advocate within Adobe, collaborating with internal teams (Services, Support, Product, Sales) to resolve issues and drive success.

• Understand customer use cases and objectives, ensuring successful adoption, usage expansion, and software renewal.

• Contribute to team practices, lead sprint retrospectives, and actively participate in improving delivery processes and collaboration.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing Project Management role.

• Proven track record in SaaS implementation projects, including solution rollout and adoption of the new solutios.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues independently and escalate when needed.

• Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent presentation and reporting abilities.

• Experience managing agile development projects.

• Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and dynamic project environments.

• At least an upper-intermediate level of English, along with an upper-intermediate level in either German or French (or both).

Highly Desired

• Experience managing projects involving an eSignature platform.

• Experience working with off-shore teams.

• Familiarity with integration points such as:

  • Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, Workday

  • Document generation tools like Nintex and Conga

• Relevant certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
