Technical Project Manager

Pwrteams invites Technical Project Manager to join a multi-disciplinary team of experts across Architecture, Engineering, DevOps and Agile Delivery providing services across the group ex. UK, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands.
You will be a part of IAM product team, that has as goal to deliver IAM as a product. This means that all functions/services within IAM can be received with just a click on button. The business and development teams do not need to worry about IAM tasks and just focus on their delivery. Being able to plugin IAM as a product will reduce their burden and increase IAM security for TUI as a group.

• Contribute to the product vision and roadmap, aligning with market strategy, stakeholder needs, and best practices
• Translate the product roadmap into prioritized backlog items that drive business value and align with KPIs
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to generate and refine ideas, ensuring clear communication of goals and priorities
• Define and maintain a prioritized product backlog, working closely with analysts to align features with commercial impact
• Track and drive product KPIs, taking ownership of performance metrics and ensuring developments are data-driven
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and engaging demos to showcase progress
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and business drivers to inform product decisions
• Ensuring all technical aspects are followed and delivered as planned

• Solid technical background with a strong understanding of software development concepts and a technical mindset
• Proven experience in technical analysis and problem-solving
• Familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack and Azure ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions, and collaborate closely with tech teams to validate and refine designs
• Skilled in providing clear, well-reasoned recommendations and confident in making informed decisions, even with limited data
• Proactive in identifying improvement opportunities and resolving issues before they escalate
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
