PE Accountant /Middle Accountant for legal entity

• Onboarding of individual entrepreneurs (PE), PEs registration
• Closure of PEs in line with the established process
• Calculation of PEs taxes and submission of reports to tax authorities
• Preparation of PEs tax payments and monitoring the payment of taxes
• Preparation and transfer of PE-related documents
• Maintain and consolidate the company's accounting books in accordance with the law and local legislation
• Execute tax accounting in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine
• Preparation and submission of mandatory reporting: tax, financial, statistical, etc.
• Control over the correctness of primary documents, their accurate and timely reflection in the accounting records
• Preparation of advance reports, closing of accounting periods
• To be part of company projects, monitor and update on changes in the legislation of Ukraine
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as required
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement best practices

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of of legal entities accounting
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an accountant managing individual entrepreneurs (PE)
• Knowledge of national standards, tax regulations, and other accounting principles and standards
• Proficiency with accounting software and financial reporting tools (1C BAS, Artzvit, electronic cabinet, client-banks, Excel)
• Experience working with the Taxpayer’s Electronic Cabinet and the Diia service
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong attention to details and ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others at all levels of the organization
• Upper intermediate level of written and spoken English
