Technology Architect

Pwrteams are seeking a Technology Architect with a strong development background and hands-on experience. This role requires effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to bridge the gap between technical development and broader business needs. You’ll be responsible for driving technical initiatives, mentoring developers, and creating scalable solutions while also articulating complex concepts to stakeholders.

• Regularly engage with internal teams and external stakeholders to foster collaboration, build trust, and translate ideas into solutions through visual aids, including diagrams and images.
• Dive into code to debug system issues and provide hands-on support to developers as needed.
• Design scalable, proof-of-concept models and create diagrams that clearly demonstrate system potential and scalability.

• Strong proficiency in Python. Experience in Node.js, and Vue.js (or transferable JavaScript experience).
• Significant experience with AWS is essential, and AWS certification or work towards one is highly desirable.
• Solid programming experience and are comfortable with hands-on development.
• Skilled at explaining technical decisions, including the ability to say “no” and provide clear reasoning to stakeholders.
• A team player who can relate to developers, understands their challenges, and offers thoughtful guidance.
