Project Support Specialist (Sales & Marketing)

The role:
Pwrteams is currently looking to hire a Project Support Specialist (Sales & Marketing)
for a large multinational company in Consumer Electronics.

For the past years the Commercial organization in Europe Region has designed, developed and
rolled out a Customer Sales planning and management tool with the aim to work smarter,
faster and more productively.

Reporting to the Head of Sales Capability, the selected candidate will be responsible for driving
enablement of the One Stop Customer Sales planning and management platform. This includes
driving user adoption, managing user feedback, providing user training and support, support to
fix system bugs and master data issues, as well as UAT test new functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Together with the EU Region, drive adoption of the One Stop Customer Sales planning and
management platform.
• Support the EU region in setting drumbeat for Customer Sales planning and management
activities.
• Manage and validate user feedback on how the platform can be enhanced
• Provide user training on how to do Customer Sales planning and management in the One
Stop platform.
• Be responsible that users get the right access to the platform.
• Provide user support and tips and tricks to help users be efficient using the One Stop
platform.
• Support to resolve master data issues and system bugs.
• Do UAT (User Acceptance Testing) testing for new functionalities.
• Support communication to users and stakeholders regarding platform feedback,
development and status.
• Support in measure platform KPIs

Qualifications

For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:
• Analytic, structured, highly driven and solution oriented person.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to drive and coordinate projects.
• Ability to work in multi functional matrix organizations
• Fluent in English.
• 2-3 years work experience in Sales operation and/or project support
• Background in account management of an etail/retail accounts would be plus.
